The Basics of Honey Bees Workshop

Join Susan Shipman, a member of the Beekeeper’s Committee, to learn about honey bees. The program will introduce students to honey bees, how they came to America, the different roles of the bees in the hive, how honey is made, and why we need honey bees and other pollinators for our food production.
